About our clinicCreating great, lasting experiences for our patients and staffWe are a progressive, dynamic, high volume family medical practice that has been in existence since 1991. To meet the high demand of our fast growing, rapidly developing and diverse patient community we did a minimum 1.5-million-dollar renovation and expansion of 2,400 sq/ft between 2015 – 2017. The clinic has a wide variety and demographic of patients seen. According to the 2017 PCN report of our patient population, it noted that our patient population is very unique in that we have a higher density of patients with mental health &/or addictions. |

We have recently spent over $100k upgrading our technological resources (e.g. computers, phone system, telemedical capabilities, etc.) in order to ensure efficiencies and reduce redundancies. We are using AI and modern communication platforms to help reduce our “no show” rates and help enhance patient care (e.g. online booking, auto reminders, virtual medicine, etc.). |
